Hi, this is just a minor annoyance but still... If you add a main menu item from a script (say before "tools") it does not appear on the screen unless you do something which would refresh the window, like moving a mouse over the place where it should appear or minimize/maximize the window.
How can I do it from the script instead?

There isn't an API for that, we'll have to add one.
