I am unable to update. The screen tells me I cannot update from this location and no other location is available. I of course, use your fast download system and have no idea why it's not working.

Sounds like a local network problem. I can't tell why it's happening without a lot more information, but you can always download the update directly from the web site, it's the exact same package you would download through the update wizard.
