When I click on a chart to open, I am getting an MSFT error message and it shuts down the program. This began to happen after I lost the RSS feeds and you fixed them. I thought it was just a minor bug, but it is happening all of the time now. Any suggestions?

Please send me the error message in email, and a description of the exact sequence of actions that cause this error. Also select Help->Technical Support->Copy Preferences To Clipboard and paste that into the email.

It's like the proverbial toothache. It stopped happening just as I went to get you the information. I cannot even begin to tell you why it was happening or why it has stopped.

I will watch it and if it happens again I will send along the requested information.
