Hi,
I have used personal stock monitor gold for a year and recently I get pop ups notifying me that I need to buy a upgrade to get continued updates. Since I started using PSM gold I have also opened a TD Ameritrade account and get their streaming quotes. I have since downloaded the Personal Stock Streamer and it seems almost identical to PSM and it is free . Is there an advantage for me to pay the upgrade and continue using PSM?

PSM will continue to get developed/fixed first, as well as get additional new features that will not be available in PSS. But if PSS meets your needs, you are welcome to use it.
