Upgrade to the PSS version 9.8.4, try to open a chart and the software crashes and shuts down. This happened to several people.

I have posted PSS 9.8.5, which has a fix for a potential crash. I don't know if this will fix your problem since we haven't been able to reproduce the crash, but give it a try and let me know. If it doesn't, then we will have to do some additional work with you to track it down.
