I experienced the same crashing problem on PSS new version. My system is XP with SP2 and I am using TDA quote. It is hard to predict when crashes will occur since there is no fixed pattern. But most of time it happens when I make changes to the charts, e.g, switching from historical to intraday, change time interval, or even edit chart profile. There is no error message when it crashes. This is really annoying. I cannot use it for more than 10 minutes with charts before it crashes unless I do nothing to the charts. Based on my observation, this may be caused by the failure or timeout of connection to TDA quote server.
