All indicators I have tried for individual tickers display OK, but for indexes, some indicators (volume, and chaikin money flow, for instances) either nothing displays or only a tiny bit at the far right. Can they be made to show complete? If so, how?

Historical volume data is not available from the server for most indexes, which means that any indicator that uses volume as part of the calculations can't be calculated. What happens is that as updates happen throughout the day, volume is calculated by the program, so the indicator will only appear after enough volume data has been collected, which is why you get "a tiny bit at the far right".

What indexes is it available in? Currently I use TDAmeritrade.

Are there any servers from which it is available to PSS for additional indexes?

I say most because I have not tested all; I will ask them if it is available for any.

I just tested the others, and no, it doesn't look like it's available.
