Is there a way to save the 1sec real-time update data on a flash drive instead of a hard disk? If I'm correct it's all about the files history_data.db and maybe history_data.db-journal being updated on the hard disk every sec.

Sorry, there is no way to move that file because PSS expects it to be where it is right now. Yes, the data is being updated once per second because that's the data that is used to create the intraday charts.
