Does anybody else get this message when they try to log onto PSS? I've had it happen several times. So, I don't know if this is a consistent problem for anybody or if it is one that only I am encountering. I'm having serious reliability issues and trying to figure out how to resolve them.

At what point does the "Access Denied" error come up? (please be as specific as possible. does it happen before the login screen, as soon as you click login, after the logging into streaming quotes popup, etc?)

BTW, I see you logged into CI. My two CI ids are "yml" and "yermo". I'll try to add you to my contact list so we can chat about what's going on.

My access denied has to do with Collabfest. It odesn't recognize me.

What happens if you use the "Forget your password?" link on the login page. Does it send you a response?

What CI login id do you use?

I haven't had the "access denied" for awhile and maybe now that I am back in the US it won't come up at all. If I remember right it was doing it right after the "Tips" dialog box came up, right after you hit the button to close it out the access denied would come up.

Yea, you were on a really slow link there with what I would imagine would be alot of latency.

As I mentioned we're in the final stretch on the next beta. We should be making an announcement Real Soon Now(tm).

I am still having this problem. I can't get the program to recognize me either. I am referrring to CI, not PSS.

What is your CI login id? I'll check the databases.

We just released PSS 8.0.5 and have installed an improved backend which should correct this.
