When i tried uninstalling, a pop up says cannot open INSTALL.LOG

Can the developers solve this???

Don't feel bad, I can't get the realtime quotes I'm paying for and nobody from Prophet.net seems interested in unlocking my account. You can always try to manually uninstall the program if you can't get it to properly uninstall. Can be tedious removing registry references and so forth. Have you tried reinstalling the program and then try to uninstall it again?
